保守的我，還是喜歡平實的公屋，空氣流通的公共空間和設計合理的間隔，心理上總覺得她們的牆就是厚了那麼一點點，不大容易招來鄰居的噪音投訴，而且，那裡的三十五樓就是第三十五層，沒花沒假！I am used to the public rental housing which has good ventilation in the pubilc areas and practical living designs. The walls of the flats should have been a little bit thicker to resist the noise pollution. And for sure the 35th floor does mean the 35th level from the ground! (4 means death to the Chinese and they avoid naming the floors with 4 as digit(s), like 4, 14, 24, 34, 41, 42,...)
